A tale of many smoothies

Super Juice for the Bones

Our first impression video:

As the final recipe in the Super Juice series, Super Juice for the Bones definitely holds its own.  The first sip has a bit of a bitter twang to it, but it immediately subsides to make room for the sweet influence of the carrots and beet.  Robust in leafy greens, this recipe calls for spinach, kale, collard greens and Swiss chard.

Note:  Both reviewers had an usual response (nausea) to the juice about 5 minutes upon drinking very filling glasses.  All of the ingredients were fresh and had not caused such a response previously.  One guess is that the concentrated juice may have caused indigestion (Juicing & Indigestion).
