My Morning Power Packed Smoothie

Very very strange, yet tasty and filling, this recipe incorporates a lot of great, high energy ingredients.  However, the author may have been off in the amount of water required as the smoothie was very thick and yielded only half the expected amount.

  • Yield:              3 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon raw agave
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mango (or 1 cup fruit of choice)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon green powder
  • 1 rounded teaspoon been pollen
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
