Variation #2:  Made correctly, with a young coconut

This smoothie was much better than our first attempt.  The tropical influences of the mango and peach combined with the kale to be a nice “intro” green smoothie.  The only downside is that the prep of both the mango and coconut is more intensive than most ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Thai Coconut, meat and water
  • 5 leaves kale, stems removed
  • 2 nectarines, pitted, halved
  • 2 peaches, pitted, halved
  • 1 mango, pitted, peeled
